“ Summit has an excellent selection of beer! I tried a couple beers they have on tap as well as this amazing Brevis and Bretthead Dry Hopped Sour Ale. Everything was cold, delicious, and the service was excellent! I look forward to returning on my next trip to Huntington. ”
“ Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy a drink and some conversation. Music playing but not too loud, you could carry on a conversation. Marshall game on tv outside also for those looking to watch a game. Would return and also recommend to others to go! Great selection of drinks including beers and ciders. Can even have your dog outside with you if you want. Returned 4/1/25- still great staff and great selection of beers . They also have 2 gluten free beer options in a can. ”
“ Varied selection of craft beer with a good amount of WV-brewed options. Got a couple sizing options in nontraditional sizes (9oz, for instance) and interesting glassware to put it in. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere that was kind of like a moody urban cafe. Surprised they had no outlets on the floor for customers who might want to do laptop work/charge something there, but they let me charge my phone before the bar, which was super nice. Right in Downtown, so the location was great, of course. Pricing was normal for craft. Came here twice in one night, I liked it so much! ”
“ We stopped in for a day trip. This would be our go to place if we lived in the area. They had a wonderful selection of beer and very knowledgeable bartender. Plenty of Belgian beers...YAY! Their charcuterie board looked wonderful...good price. The beers were a bit pricier, but worth it for the selection and uniqueness found here. ”
“ I stopped in a few weeks ago on the way to Nashville for a business meeting. I pulled to the curb downtown and searched "best beer bars nearby" Well, lucky me - the Summit Beer Station is 350 ft away - right around the corner! It was a bit slower on a Sunday night than I expected for a college town, but what a great find. It's a fantastic beer bars - in a league with The Blind Tiger in NYC. Their selection is extremely well curated including an offering of Belgians second only, perhaps, to Monk's Cafe in Philadelphia. The bartender was efficient and friendly, and I had a great conversation with a few locals - including Jeff, the owner, who I joined for a late night bite to eat at a nearby place. If it wasn't 539 miles from my home - I'd be a regular, for sure! ”
“ I was just making a delivery, but I really liked the atmosphere, and Jeff was so understanding when technology gave us issues ... ”
“ I sat in with basically the entire staff, during an unofficial industry night. Great farmstead beer, charming people I don’t get to meet every day. Overtly dog friendly I should have grabbed a snapshot ”
“ Stop in and say hey. Knowledgeable bartenders and very knowledgeable owner of all beers. Very chill place to catch the game or enjoy drinks outside with friends. Be on the lookout for the rare and occasional appearance of Hoe Daddy. ”
